HI93767B-50 Total Nitrogen High Range Reagents (50 tests)
Previous | 74 / 103 | Next |
The HI93767B-50 are reagents for the high range colorimetric determination of total nitrogen. There are enough reagents for 50 tests to be used with a compatible photometer. These high quality reagents are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility and are clearly marked with the lot number and expiration date on each packet for traceability.
The HI93767B-50 are high quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate colorimetric measurements. The method is an adaptation of the chromotropic acid method in which a digestion is required to convert all forms of nitrogen to nitrate. Sodium metabisulfite is added to remove potential interferences. The reaction between nitrate and the reagents causes a yellow tint in the sample. The intensity of color is determined by a compatible photometer and the concentration will be displayed in mg/L (ppm) as total nitrogen. These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 10 to 150 mg/L (ppm) nitrogen.
- Pre-made reagents for ease of use
- Supplied with certificate of quality
- Marked with expiration date and lot number for traceability
